JDM Hire and Events organises the bookings between the vehicle owner and the end user and we in no way own or take responsibilty of the condition or way the vehicles are used. JDM Hire and Events promotes and support safe and responsible driving and if these conditions are not followed vehicles and there owns may be removed from our website.JDM Hire accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage caused by the car not being available on the designated day for hire or for any loss or damage, and criminal act caused during the period of the car hire. The car owner or operator and hirer indemnifies JDM Hire against any such claim arising.
It the responsibility for all owners and operators to make sure that their licenses, vehicles and business operations comply with all relevant State Government bodies, transport regulations and relevant insurances concerning the hire of vehicles as public passenger services. All ride owners are responsible for driving or organising a driver for their own vehicle for any booking. JDM Hire and Events accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage caused to the car during the designated day for hire.
Payments
The Ride owner is responsible for collecting payment of the agreed remaining balance in full from the hirer before or on the date of the booking. Upon confirmation of the availability of the requested ride for hire, JDM Hire and Events will request a connection and admin fee equal to 10% of the total booking amount made payable by the persons hiring the ride. (There is no cost paid by the ride owner)
General Information
JDM Hire and Events is a hire service of the vehicle being driven by the ride owner / operator. Not the ability to hire the vehicle as a hire car to be driven by yourself or anyone other than the ride owner.
